Overview
Our refund policy lasts 14 days for any course that you personally have purchased.
Refund Period: Refund period is within 14 days after your purchase date. Refund requests after the 15 days or more after purchase date will not be honored.
At this time we do not have any physical items to sell or therefore return.
We only offer online digital courses where the use of you computer or similar device to use our non-physical products.
Here are some non-returnable items that may apply in the future:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Refunds
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time that you will be shown your refund will depend on the policy your bank or credit card company to which Jazz Mastery Academy has no control of.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
At this time we do not have any physical item to sell or therefore exchange.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds in any case.
Shipping returns
